Integrations & Platform Use Policy

StoryToShop is a member-directed storefront, link, content, and growth dashboard platform. Members choose which links, products, content, sales channels, affiliate links, music links, social links, and external destinations they add. This policy explains how StoryToShop works with third-party platforms and supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

No affiliation or endorsement

StoryToShop does not claim ownership of any third-party platform, content, trademark, logo, or service. StoryToShop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially partnered with any third-party platform unless we explicitly state so in writing. All third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify member-selected destinations. We do not imply partnership with Etsy, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify, Pinterest, Spotify, Substack, YouTube, ShopMy, LTK, Amazon, Faire, or any platform unless officially approved.

Platforms members may connect or link

Depending on availability, members may add, link, embed, or (where authorized) connect destinations including: Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Etsy, Shopify, Pinterest, personal websites, ShopMy, LTK, Spotify, Substack, YouTube (where supported or planned), Amazon affiliate links (where supported or planned), Faire (where supported or planned), and other sales, content, affiliate, social, or music destinations StoryToShop offers or later enables.

Authorized use only

• Members are responsible for connecting or linking only accounts, shops, content, links, and platforms they own, manage, or are authorized to use.
• Members must comply with the terms, developer policies, commerce policies, brand guidelines, API rules, and intellectual-property rules of any platform they connect or link.
• StoryToShop may rely on authorized APIs, OAuth, approved data access, public links, member-provided links, and member-authorized account connections.
• StoryToShop does not encourage scraping, unauthorized access, spam, platform abuse, misleading attribution, fake engagement, fake reviews, or policy circumvention.

How integrations may change

Some features may allow members to connect, display, embed, link, import, organize, or analyze information from third-party platforms. These features may depend on user authorization, API availability, platform approval, API limits, partner policy changes, public link availability, and account permissions. StoryToShop may change, pause, or remove an integration if required by platform rules, partner requirements, security concerns, API limits, or business needs. We may also remove or disable links, integrations, content, or storefronts that violate third-party platform rules, intellectual-property rights, or our policies, and may suspend integration access if a platform requests it or if a user misuses the integration.

No commission on member external links

StoryToShop does not process external sales and does not take a percentage commission from ordinary member-added external links or third-party sales, except under a separate written program or agreement. See our Terms of Service for details. Any StoryToShop subscriber-referral program is separate from ordinary member-added external links and may be governed by additional terms made available to approved participants.

Third-party transactions & privacy

Purchases and transactions that occur after a visitor leaves StoryToShop happen on the third-party platform or external site, which controls checkout, shipping, refunds, customer service, inventory, pricing, and account access. Each third-party platform has its own privacy policy and terms, which you should review.

Etsy Data

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

StoryToShop.ai may support Etsy-related features if and when Etsy integration access is approved, enabled, and authorized by the member. If a seller connects or authorizes Etsy functionality through an approved Etsy API integration, StoryToShop.ai may access limited Etsy shop and listing information permitted by Etsy and authorized by the seller. This may include shop identity, selected active listings, listing titles, images, prices, and Etsy listing URLs.

For launch, StoryToShop's Etsy integration is read-only. StoryToShop does not create, upload, edit, or delete Etsy listings; does not read sales, order, receipt, buyer, or transaction data; does not contact Etsy buyers; and does not send email through Etsy.

StoryToShop does not replicate, replace, or circumvent Etsy's checkout process. Product links displayed through the Etsy integration direct shoppers back to Etsy, where purchases are completed. Purchases remain on Etsy.

StoryToShop does not scrape Etsy pages, use bots, reverse engineer Etsy data feeds, or access Etsy data outside approved Etsy API methods and seller-authorized connections. StoryToShop does not sell or sublicense Etsy API access, does not sell Etsy member data, and does not use Etsy data for competitor research.

StoryToShop is provided solely by Hollo Collection LLC (StoryToShop), not by Etsy. Etsy does not provide the StoryToShop service and makes no warranties regarding StoryToShop. Etsy transactions and checkout occur on Etsy; StoryToShop does not process Etsy transactions and does not take a commission from Etsy sales. StoryToShop pricing is for the StoryToShop storefront builder, branding, and link-organization service — never for access to Etsy's API or Etsy data.

Where Etsy listing data is displayed through an approved Etsy API integration, StoryToShop will use commercially reasonable efforts to refresh or remove Etsy listing content so displayed item information and images are not stale beyond Etsy API requirements — Etsy listing content no more than 6 hours older than the corresponding Etsy site information, other Etsy content no more than 24 hours older, and no Etsy content cached or stored longer than reasonably necessary to provide the seller-facing service.

If Etsy API access is available or reinstated, seller-authorized Etsy data would be used only to display the seller's own selected shop and listing information on their StoryToShop storefront. StoryToShop does not request buyer, order, receipt, transaction, email, messaging, or write scopes, and will not use Etsy API data for scraping, analytics unrelated to the seller's own activity, machine learning or AI model training, licensing to third parties, or content removal.

Seller-authorized Etsy data is used only to help the seller display or organize their own Etsy products in their StoryToShop storefront and to link shoppers back to Etsy. Sellers may disconnect Etsy functionality and may request deletion of Etsy-related data by contacting hello@storytoshop.ai.
